How to prepare

1. Dry roast the mix for 2 minutes on low flame.
2. Add 2.5 cups of water and bring to a boil.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 minutes until soft.
4. Finish with ghee or cold-pressed gingelly oil for authentic flavour.
